Hi, I’m Pallavi Gupta — professional juggler of deadlines, meetings, client expectations, and occasionally, my sanity.

I’m a Project Manager, Scrum Master, and UI/UX enthusiast who believes that chaos is just a poorly organized project plan. With over 7 years in the tech world, I’ve led teams, tamed stakeholders, and survived more stand-ups than I can count (some of them before coffee – terrifying, I know).

My superpowers include translating vague client dreams into actual deliverables, spotting a missing pixel from 10 miles away, and keeping teams aligned, motivated, and only mildly annoyed with Jira updates.

When I’m not wrestling Gantt charts or running sprint reviews, you’ll find me buried in a book, exploring new places, or pretending to be a pro gamer.
